I use the same basic contract and obviously by the project scope I put in the specifics and the price we discussed etc…
If there is a specific reason to alter a/t else in the contract I would do that… (I try to think through what might need changing after speaking in more detail to the client but generally don’t need to change things that much.)
I took the contract Penina Alder gave as a base and then customized it to what made sense for me.

I made mine by following @malky-h 's that I posted higher up here in the thread, and then I analyzed some other contracts to see which clauses I wanted to include.
I also downloaded a free one from Abi Connick’s site, she has great freebies there!
