I need help with this flyer asap.
This is what I did. I text on bottom was different but trying to get it to look more the style he wants.
He said it looks like I did it on canva nothing special about it.
Ask him to send you some designs that he thinks were not done on canva… 
That’ll give you an idea of what he thinks is profesh… 
On a more serious note, I think the bottom text is quite big… Is there any more information to add? Ex. address, phone number to call etc.
OK, but maybe do it in a diff layout/smaller. Maybe you can also add some of the light coloring reflected back onto him… So it looks more like stage lights (Bit hard for me to see it fully cuz my filter blocks his face, so if I’m wrong about this just ignore 
)

I should reflect those colors on his face, mike etc?
Can’t read the word presents on the top maybe try a different color for that group of text or a bar across the top. Also, I would make the bottom text a cleaner layout without the gradients and font size smaller.
I would definitely change the font of the text on bottom- it looks a bit elementary and almost like word-art style.

I like how the bottom info looks now better, but I don’t love all the gradients…
Can you make the bottom info be just flat color?

If you want to do the effects. A stock site should have some smoke effects. I’m sure there is a way to do it in photoshop maybe you can find a quick tutorial. Otherwise, I’m thinking if you create a shape and lower the opacity and create a gradient feather it could look similar.
Why don’t you get the Hillel logo? I see it on the sample from last year.
This years theme is the miracle logo that on there.
Oh, it was hard to see. What about the Hillel boys and girls logo? Maybe it can go together with the information on the bottom?
