Does anyone know why I keep on getting this error msg when trying to use envato elements and what I can do to resolve it?

What does it say when you check the status page
I dont get this message…
on their status page everything seems fine
and on other computers it opened up…
i checked my filter and its not the issue ( i removed my filter and it still showed)
any other ideas?

I have a similar issue with my Envato account. If anyone had the same, please lmk how it can be resolved:
I bought a new plan a few days ago but since then I can’t sign in to access the unlimited things. All my account information is there and up to date… but every time I try signing in it says something like- “you can’t sign in with this link, try signing in with your google account”… I tried that but still doesn’t help… i also tried contacting them, but never got a response:)
any suggestions? I would love to resolve this asap!
