I also can only sign in with google- the password doesn’t work
i tried signing in with google a bunch of times, but then i get that notification that i cant sign in…
here is an update:
BH!!! I just got an email back from the help team and my issue is resolved!! they claim my account was locked- whatever that means. the annoying part is that my plan was canceled in the process… if you still have a issue i suggest you reach out as well- elements@help.envato.com. Hatzlacha! And thank u all or ur help:)
