Hi,
I was wondering how much to charge for a yearbook for around 150 graduates. This would be my first year doing the job. The job includes design and layout for the entire yearbook.
I’ve been doing graphics for a few years. This would be a yearlong project.
Thank you!
I have no idea what the price would be, but I can tell you not to undercharge. I’ve done it for a school, it was a real lot of work and they paid very little… schools don’t usually want to pay much
Not sure of your location, but I was offered such a job and when I did some research I was told that standard price is btwn $3500-$4000. But then someone on the JDF here said I can ask for even more…
So depends also on the school’s budget.
The school’s in the Tristate Area.
The teacher who’s in charge of the yearbook (oversees all the articles) is making $2,500 for the job of being on top of the Editor’s and ensuring the articles and humor pages/pics etc are taken care of in a timely fashion.
