It depends on the user role of the account.
Each role has a different level of access. If you make your client the administrator she will have full access.

What is her wordpress role?
she wanted me to maintain her site but I cant manage so I made her the admin for now an if you have anyone thats looking to maintain a site then please let me know.
She also is looking for someone to do SEO who knows it well.
