Website Email Admin

My client told me that she’s not receiving emails for her website. I see that I am still listed as the admin. I logged into her name in the hosting company and I am not on it. But when I go onto Bluehost I am listed as the admin. Her hosting company is 123-Reg. I migrated it and her site it up. Why is it still listed in my Bluehost? And how do I make her the admin and remove my email?

Which emails is she not receiving?

Do you mean you’re listed in the WordPress settings? I’m not sure what the connection is to Bluehost? In Settings > General in the WP dashboard, you can change the admin email address, but your client will have to accept the request.
