I am making a video for a client, and the videos and pictures that she gave me are really not great quality.
Is there a way for me to sharpen the video, what is the best way to save it?

Not by too much… I find that you can build up a frame or v=border that is high quality and that some times takes the eye of the fact that some parts are low quality…
I’m using Premiere… that can be done in premiere?
You can place in a layer of a border above the video as a still image
