Vectorised pdf

Hi!
My client came back to me saying that the printers need a different format; can I please change the picture to a ‘vectorised pdf’. What does this mean? The picture is quite complex; designed in AI and it actually is a vector as it was traced (see below). I’m not sure what I’m supposed to be changing. Any ideas?

Try saving the file as an .eps.
Or an illustrator compatible pdf.

Try outlining the fonts, many times that’s what the printers mean when they say vectorized.

Turns out that I was doing everything right, except the client had sent the screenshot from an earlier email to the printer instead of the pdf :face_with_raised_eyebrow: so obviously they weren’t satisfied…

So frustrating!!
