I was asked to typeset a book, something I haven’t done yet as this would be my first time
How much would one charge for that? Does price go per page or per hour or just a general sum?
Typesetting as in typing out the book? Or layout?

price per page and if you are doing a cover/ back of book that would be a different pricing. How many pages is the book? Does something like $2 per page sound right?
