Hi! Does anyone know why this is what I see on my screen but once I save my design the bottom white part gets much bigger?
Are you looking at the trim view? If so, then make sure to click use artboards box while saving.
check if you are saving with bleeds… if the doc is set up with bleeds you might need to remove them before saving
