Technical/RAM issue

Hi!

My illustrator keeps telling me that there is no RAM memory left on my computer and it keeps crashing. I’m working on a relatively new computer with 16GB RAM on it (my super professional graphic design sister was so impressed that she bought it herself…) and don’t have much stored on it. I installed an update and it’s still not working. I’m planning on taking Motion Graphics and I need to know that my computer will handle it. Any advice?

I had a similar issue, I added RAM to my computer and I also keep deleting my temp files.
(by pressing the ‘windows R’ key %temp%)

Gave it to my computer technician

This is strange! Check in task manager when it happens how much ram is in use and what programs are using it.

16gb should be able to handle illustrator!
