Table from Word to Illustrator- urgent

Hi,

I have this table in Word that i need to put on an ad I’m creating in Illustrator. (i can’t recreate it now)
Whats the easiest way to do it? Or maybe as a snip somehow?

if you don’t need to edit the text anymore, then you can just copy and paste
you might need to fix the formatting a little

Export the word doc as a PDF and then import into illustrator.

Just save the word document as a pdf and then place the pdf in Illustrator.
