Siteground customer service- need help-time sensitive

I’m just wondering I have seen ppl mention in the past that Siteground has amazing customer service. I hit a snag now and I really don’t see how to get through to them. I found their database of info but having issues getting through to an actual human being who can help me. (I tried starting a chat but keeps saying we are trying to connect you…)
Do they offer phone support/ an email support ticket etc?

When I try to chat it also says that it’s trying to connect because of my filter. I once tried it on a unfiltered device and it worked perfectly.
