Nope, standard practice to put it on. Some designers will actually even charge more for a “white label ad” meaning without any signature, cuz putting on your signature is a way of promoting yourself.
Would be best though if you have a clause for it in your contract.
Yep, was just going to say the same. Even if you wouldn’t charge to take it off, the default is still to have it on unless they request otherwise.

if you do put it on make sure it is tiny! anything too big will look unprofessional and just give the opposite effect you want…

That’s your choice! I’d say not your phone number unless you prefer to get calls.
