Saving a GIF in photoshop

Hi, I’m trying to email/upload a gif I created in photoshop and every time I upload it somewhere or email it the gif stops moving. I saved it for web, to loop forever but it doesn’t seem to be working right.

Does anyone know how I could fix this problem/save it differently?

I find it quicker than photoshop to use an online gif maker for a simple web banner ad
I do the slides in indesign first and then pop them in the online maker and play with their settings.
e.g. Animated GIF Maker (ezgif.com)
