Are all the sheet supposed to be the same size or is it just whatever size is needed per layout?
Place the floor plan on one paper size and the kitchens if on multiple pages should all be the same size. Use according to what fits best.

You will batch plot the floor plan and elevations but they will be on separate pages. The elevation will probably need to be on multiple pages. Ideally you want the elevations on a A or B paper size
