Do most people charge more to resize a video or would they do it part of the general price?

you mean rerender in lower/higher res?
i would include it in price of job… especially if its for one short clip

if someone give you a bunch of videos and asks you to rerender as a job, i would charge a minimal price per video, eg $5 - $10

If its resizing as in they need vertical and now they need horizontal etc. Then yes you would charge extra. BUT if they can let you know that before hand you can organize the main content that its in the middle so it will be easier to resize
