anyone knows how to remove a black background from a video clip?
see if the green screen effect can work. If not you can always rotoscope it in after effects

green screen didn’t work, i ended up using the Luma Key effect and it came out great!!
Well done! Yes when its solid black the easiest trick it to use a luma matte or luma key and it’ll take care of the black. Sometimes the screen blending mode will work but only if the rest of the video is all light
