Reliable online stores/ design pricing for stores

Posting a question that was sent in to us;

Hi,

1- Can anyone recommend a list of reliable online stores for design items? Such as sofas, night stands etc.
I am looking specifically for reliable and comfortable (if applicable) that will stand behind their items if needed, and can be returned if needed.

Ie. RH, cb2 etc.

2- also, how to get signed up with designers pricing for stores? Do you have to be legally signed up as a company or have an LLC etc for this?

You can refer to the link of the article attached above, other than that from first hand experience- Pottery barn has excellent customer service. My client purchased a table online and changed her mind once it got there and they came and picked it up no problem.

Yes you need a company in order to open accounts by most places.
