Hi- does anyone have any advice on what can be done if usually I create something from my own template (Indesign) for a client every week, with a certain dedication, but they want to be able to change the dedication by themselves without me having to do it. Is there any way to do this?

I did it in a super complicating way for one of my clients who also-wanted to change parts of a weekly newsletter template I designed for him,but specifically in Microsoft Word.
I turned the layout into a jpeg and put it as a background image of the word file. Then the client uses text boxes to write on top of it.
