I’m trying to upload a PSD converted jpeg onto ZNO.com-photo album site.
This is the meassage I get:
Failed to upload/do not support pro photo RGB. ATTACHED IS A SCREENSHOT
I actually have sRgb selected as color settings in my photosop preferences.
Can anyone shed some light on this issue?
Hi, I have printed many albums using the site ZNO, and I have never had an issue with this- even though your file is sRGB your export settings as the JPEG might not be sRGB. I usually export as JPEG from Indesign, and I’ve never had an issue.
Did you solve this problem yet? It does sound like it is not set properly in the save dialog box, rather than in the photoshop preferences. Once you hit save and the dialog comes up, make sure everything is set correctly. If you still have the problem, please repost and I will give you some other suggestions.

Seems to be ok now, my jpeg export settings are set to convert to sRGB.Thank you
On the same note, what is ProPhotoRGB??
