a client is printing s/t I did at the printer and im not getting the bleed right this is what they sent them
“Sorry, this does not look correct. Can you just ask her to set it up with the background extending past the 8.5” and 11” line- cropmarks are not necessary.”
but when I do that it doesn’t show on the pdf
Theure asking for you to extend the artwork past the borders of the art board AND the bleed. Just make sure it goes past all of the guides around the art board and send it again. You can remove all marks and bleeds
