Anyone know of a printing place in Israel that can print wrap-around sleeves on a container?
Or in general a good place to print in Israel?

You can try dfus hashoshanim on shmuel hanavi and corner of yechezkel. I don’t know if they do that specifically though.
Grapchik on yirmiyahu (by ganei geula) is good and convenient.
If you want high quality print then i highly recommend Itzuvim on Beit Hadfus (right by Gutnick). Not more expensive and quality is great.
