Duggal printing is excellent for those kinds of things…they deal with big clients and also students and “regular” people…very knowledgable, great to work with, and good prices. They have a branch in Manhattan, and I think they have a branch in Brooklyn too. The one in Brooklyn (or at least how it used to be) is a huge factory-type complex, not really set up for customers to go in directly the way the one in Manhattan is, but not sure how it is now, and you can always call them and talk to them.

You can try Ptexgroup.com. They print digital and offset, great quality, prices and customer service. They can print basically anything. You can request a quote on printexgraphics.com. They have more options than the drop down list so you can be specific. They offer shipping services. Fairly quick turn around for most products.
