Primal Logo

Hi Everyone!

Im officially creating my very first logo for a company that will iyh be launching soon.
That being said its my first BIG logo job and I dont have much inspo. This company is called primal its going to be meat chips. Its out in the none jewish world but this is the first kosher meat chips out there. (its NOT JERKEY)
When I was doing research and looking for inspo nothing really came up because they want it to be celestial, rustic, natural (healthy) kind of look with pastel colors. They dont want a whole huge logo and no tagline.

So with that all being said what do you think of these options I came up with?

This way if they want an Icon they can use it from logo…

The font choices here are not so rustical. Did you research the “goyishe” companies and what style they follow? What about other meat / meat industry / rustical food logos?

I have not found a single none kosher brand that has anything inviting!
They are sooo uggly. I guess Ill have to keep on looking to find some good inspo. And Im thinking to go away from the pastel colors for the logo even thought they want those colors, Maybe ill just use those for the flavors.

He doesnt want any slogan just name, I added some for options.
How can I get a logo with just the brand name to look like something?

Wow, these are definitely much better than the beginning options! It’s really coming along!
Can you number them so we can give our opinions on specific ones?
I’m going for the bottom options most.

Also, I don’t think pastel colors is the right vibe for a meat chips company IMO.

i really like the bottom ones, but the one in the box is more unique the other ones are more typical
also, this cow looks too friendly, one that fits more on a milk bottle or ice cream… the heifer head is usually more with meats etc

What do you think of this logo option. They want to incorporate the newspaper look into the brand identity. so created a sample of a bag so you get a feel of the logo and newspaper background they like.

They dont want any slogan or words, they just informed me its being called Primal Krisp

I like the bottom left options of the previous set, with the cow icon smaller. The overall feel, though, seems too vintage/western for the look that they seem to be looking for-I would try some other font options to give it a more nature-y and contemporary feel. Nice job so far!

The problem with that one is that they dont really want all that info. they only want it to say primal krisp so I’m not sure how I would use that logo.

Number 7 is a good font…
I would develop that logo further.

I love #1 - it looks like a stamp - I feel like it would look great on ads and packages

I think #1 and #7 are giving the right feel. On #1, can you make the cow smaller and the words somewhat bigger?

I also like 1. The words do look a bit small and squished, you should add some tracking to open them up a bit, even if not so much as to really look spaced out.
