Hi, I’m wondering how people charge when using a template. I guess this could apply to graphic designers too though i imagine it’s not as common.
Do you charge less? Do you charge the regular price?

no reason to charge less, just make sure the template is not totally recognizeable that someone can easily duplicate it. Make enough changes to make it customized- font/color/placement/ add ons etc
Thanks! Now i can stop feeling guilty charging so much when it’s not all my work. I like to tell myself that the client is paying for the final product however I go about it. 
Client is absolutely paying for final project and for your vision and expertise no matter how you go about getting them the final project…
