The bottom of the ad feels a little bit placed on… maybe change the color to white in NJ & NY…etc.
Also fire pits is spelled wrong…
Nice! I would remove the black strip from the top, move the picture up and the logo to the bottom 
Also it might help to add some color variety to the wording it’s a little Monotonous that it’s all the same color maybe the “NY & NJ premier…” in white and the rest blue or vice versa
