Hi,
A family member asked me if I can remove an oxygen tube from a photo. I started using the clone tool… cloning the person’s skin in place of where the tube was. I was just wondering is this the best way to go about it or is there a different tool in photoshop which would work better for this?
(Just a disclaimer… I’m not a graphic designer… I do web design and don’t have a ton of experience touching up pictures…)
I think that would be best way, depends on the photo, (I would love to help out with it, if you dont mind sharing the photo…)

Use the spot healing brush tool. This will literally just take away the tube. I use the spot healing brush tool all the time to take things out of images.

Thanks Chavi… just used spot healing brush and it worked out really well.
(As I said, I don’t use photoshop that much so I forgot the spot healing brush existed…thanks for the reminder)
