Hi,

Does anyone know how to create a hyperlink in photoshop for a phone number that it will automatically bring you into WhatsApp?

Yes, you use https://wa.me/1XXXXXXXXXX
Instead of the xxxx put the phone number that is connected to the WhatsApp account.
Pictures/posts are not clickable in WhatsApp btw. You would need to put that link on its own slide, or in place to put text when you are posting
