What would be an average pricing for a weekly newsletter to be designed? Should I work according to page or ask for a weekly wage? What are the normal prices?
Are you going to be reusing the same template each week, or will each week be a completely new layout?
If using a template, charge a fee for designing the template and then a flat fee for updating each week.
If it’s custom, you’ll be charging for each week…
And yes, you can base your price per page if it works out easier… 
Hard to give numbers as I don’t know your experience and haven’t seen your work…
