These are great examples! Alot of it is actually regular text presets- just brought on on time adn some must be with outlined text as they stretch, unless they brought them on through scale each individual character and then changed it to outlines and stretched it.
Most doesnt look complicated, except for the timing. With timing you can always put in markers in premiere and then work off those and touch it up as you preview.
I find the best way to get timing exact is to have all the text in their own text frame
position them as need be on the timeline and then once you have the timing in place you can deal with the animating of it
