Navigation Bar not showing up properly

I built a website with Elementor and the navigation bar keeps on showing up very weird. Like a list with sub items in it.

Sometimes it looks ok and sometimes it jumps. Anyone ever had such a thing? And how can I solve this problem?

Yes!!! I had it.
Clear all caches + cdn cache.
Then reload style sheets
