How about if… everyone writes their full name in their profile / on the forum? So we can see who we are talking to… 
or maybe we can even start putting in profile pictures??

I think that’s a good idea - which part of the profile? what appears on every post or if you click on the profile and see the name?
I’m unsure if profile pictures will work, but whoever wants to can certainly go ahead

Whoever feels comfortable with posting with their real names and or profile pic can feel comfortable to do so but no one should feel they have to.
