I would do that in AI, try something like Traditional Hanukkah menorah made out of stars and take it from there
I tried that, but it gave me a regular menorah in the sky with stars on it. I want a menorah actually made out of stars- like a constellation…

you can always go the old way of putting it together yourself- get a transparent background star and put on a dark background
