Measure the radius of polygon

Hi ,
in class 3 , when i want to measure the radius of the polygon and i go to tan tan tan , and as i try to create a circle using tan tan tan it doesnt work…
the circle comes out in the wrong place…
would it be possible if somone could show how to do it… ?
