Anyone have any ideas how to get Mailchimp emails to land in the primary tab?

it’s rather frustrating i hear you! see article below which doesnt really help except to tell you that gmail has complex algorithms and best is to get customer to manually move them which obviously isn’t ideal.
i find that the more i read someone’s emails they naturally land in my inbox rather than promotions tab but it’s not guaranteed and sometimes they revert back to the promotions. sometimes even important subscription/recording link emails go there and i have to search to find them…
