I am still new in the feild and need more projects to build up my portfolio. I would do it for no cost or low charge. Any leads or ideas? Thank you!
Maybe ask neighbors that have small businesses- a daycare, sheitelmacher etc

Definitely spread the word through friends and family, tell them to tell others. Lots of new businesses out there can’t pay so much money for ads and would love to hire someone like you

As mentioned above you could reach out to two or so people who will use your design…
When I was looking to build my portfolio, I actually asked ppl if I can do things for them, they were always happy to get free work.
A girl was selling cakes in my community so I asked her if she wants an ad, My friend was making fancy deserts, made her a logo etc…
