I’m looking for a new PC laptop that is ideal for graphic design, i.e. can run multiple programs at once, has a large screen, high storage capacity, and isn’t too heavy.
I don’t want to spend a crazy amount; any suggestions?
(I’ve heard of Dell Inspiron and HP Envy…?)

I’ve got the hp spectre x360. I use it for graphics and photo editing and am really happy with it. I specifically wanted a laptop with touch screen and 360 screen rotation, which does make it more expensive… I think the dell xps range is also good for graphics. But there are certain specs you should be looking for, and probably not less than i7.
I found pcmag.com and pcworld.com really helpful to understand what things are and what was important to me. Once I understood the terms and made a list of what I wanted (ie how much RAM, iCore 7, SSD, etc) I was able to just look at laptops and prices, see if they had what I needed, and then look up those models to see reviews.
