Something is not sitting well over here. Any other options for the big white boxes? ( the last one will have pictures of product added)
Also any idea what I can do with the phone number and email on top!

Nice! I was going to say open the white boxes to extend off the page - but now see that you already did that:)
I would also left align the blue words in the white boxes and move them a little more to the right (they’re very close to end of page right now.
Personally, I would put the phone number and website at bottom of flyer with little website and phone icon.
Is the $5,000 shopping spree intentionally much larger than the other 2?

2 things that stuck out to me:
- the contrast of the backround and blue is not great. You might want to raise the luminosity of the blue.
- The higherarchy is a little confusing. “THIRD PRIZE,” “SECOND PRIZE,” and “GRAND PRIZE” seem too big compared to the title. Also, the grand prize can definitely have some more glamor to its design to make things for interesting and attractive.

I think it could be more striking
its a purple bar and purple lettering. Should I just change that color in total and go with a different color?

I really wanted to do something bright and bold but these are kind of their colors so I think they wanted to stick with them, and there is so much info so had to fit it all on…
But Im opened for ideas.
No, I think these colors are great, and if these are their colors, then for sure do them. All you need to do is raise the luminosity of the purple a tad. (Raise the brightness and/or saturation by, like, 3 numbers or so)
Try to research a bit
3 prizes flyer design or similar and get some insp
i would maybe do 3 circles, with the middle one bigger for the 3 prizes. Write 1st, 2nd, 3rd to gain space and not spell out the words. the colors can be brighter.

How can I brighten this up? I got the background as is so its a little hard to change each part of the background to be brighter individually.
I think I like the second one better, what’s your take, any other changes that I should do?

I can’t see if you have one already but maybe add a drop shadow behind the green box of raffle and the grand prize star to add some excitement.

Then I created a banner, its much bigger so had to fix up the layout. what do you think?
Also the background is coming out more blue then the mixed blue and green. Any suggestions what I can do, it keeps happening even when I stretch it.
Also what should I do because the digital banner is RGB it looks much better than this banner thats in CMYK any suggestions?

I would do it on both- let the visuals jump out at you
