Issue saving for print

I have a photo album with 28 pages,
it has a bleed of 3mm on to, bottom and outside. and 0mm on inside.

I’m trying to save for so it can be printed as booklet, but this is how it keeps saving:

left page

how can i make the crop marks smaller, so it looks like this, without bleed marks on the inside of book?

I think the offset has to be changed.

Not sure if this answers your question, but you can have different bleed settings on different sides if you unlink them in the pdf settings. So if you set your inside bleed to 0, the inside margin won’t have bleeds.

That is what i’ve done, the issue is that the crop marks are too long, and i don’t know how to change the length of them
