I dont know if here’s the right place to post my question but since i didnt find anything helpfull on google then i’ll try my luck.
I bought a new all-in -one laserjet canon printer, i succesfully installed it to print via wifi, but i cant get it to scan even with a usb cable thats connected to the computer, only with a usb that i insert into the printer itself.
I bought it to use mainly for scanning but…
Any suggestions?
I downloaded the software and the driver… yet this is what i get
I have kind of the opposite but similar.
My canon printer worked just fine for a while but now it only prints if I connect it to my laptop with a cord.
Still haven’t figured out what the issue is and how to fix it
so what do you do?
I tried to contact them via email but didnt get a respond
@Shevi_Kramer @hadassyf Maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling the printer? Always a good idea to try…

How did you fix it?
I called them, they have great costumer service over the phone!
The issue was that the printer was too far from the internet box. for scanning the the internet needs to be stronger than for printing
