Hi anyone know what it is?I heard ppl use it for photoshop so they can have more control than with using a mouse, though is that really true?and what else can it do???..basically someone wants to buy it for me as a gift though I’m not sure what it is!and they want to know “which one i want”. any help?suggestions?

Inkpad, which you titled your post, is an app for a phone that looks like a notepad and allows you to take notes like one. I don’t think you are referring to that, though, I think you are referring to a tablet.
From what I have heard, Wacom is much better quality than XP-pen, which may look nicer, but is not built as well. Wacom is really the name when it comes to tablets. There is another forum discussion on this…check out the forum entitled Wacom Tablet.
