Hi, does anyone ever have the issue that when they are trying to import something from “downloads” into indesign it freezes the entire program? The only way to fix it is to rstart the computer and then save what you are trying to import into a different folder. Any other tips?
Thats odd! What version are you using? Creative cloud or Cs6?

Umm I not sure I can help you, has anyone else got any ideas, is your computer up to date? DO you find it crashes using any other programs?
Only indesign crashes- it’s not frequently though. Just randomly when I want to import something from downloads…
Are the files you are importing very heavy?
Did you un-zip the download before importing?
I don’t even get a chance to click on the file I want to import. It freezes right when I press on the downloads tab…
