Hi! I have an Id file that I need to animate what is the best way to export that I can import it into ae as a comp with all the layers separated (like when you import ai file into ae)??

Indesign doesn’t integrate into AE. You would be best off taking the info from INDD placing it into a PSD or AI file in separate layers and then bringing it into AE from there
If you know XD you can take the Indesign files to there and then bring them from XD into AE

I think copy/pasting it would be quickest
