Im trying to do columns in english and since i redowloaded indesign in english תומך עברית when i turn the text into columns it will always start from right to left even though the text frame is in english…
and also where do i find in indesign 2024 to span columns??

In the paragraph thingy - all the way to the right
In this pic I selected span 2 for you to see.
To switch the text from left to right go to window-type & Tables - Story- and select left to right format
