illustrator isnt opening on my laptop. Does anyone know how I can get it to open?
do you have it installed? once its installed you should be able to find it in your programs, If you still can’t maybe try to reinstall it?
I have it installed and I’ve been using it for a while on this laptop, but suddenly its not letting me open it. I tried removing the app so I can reinstall it but its making me save my work first and I cant because its not opening… so I’m a bit stuck.
A few ideas…
- Look in your task manager maybe it is really open, but you aren’t seeing it then you can end task there. Then try to open it again.
- Try to open it from CC or try or to open from your desktop etc.
- Restart your computer.
- Contact Adobe they were helpful when I had an issue with one of my programs.
