I said ‘hi I’m looking to update mu creative cloud subscription. Are you able to offer me any discounts?’ and after getting tansferred a few times the rep was able to discount me to 19.99 plus tax. (hope it’s legal for her but that’s not my issue

Yes, same here. I asked for a discount and then I asked if they can offer me any better deal. He came back with the student pricing… @hadassyf how did you get 3 months free?!
I’d rather get the student price and not 3 month free
sometimes if you cancel then they give you a wait- can we give you X months free
you can try that BUT only if you’re not already happy with your price
