HI,

Google domains was purchased by squarespace, but support said the DNS info was still with them. Both my client and I get a “trouble loading domain” message when we attempt to access the DNS. Support said it’s a caching issue, doesn’t seem so…

Any advice?

Was it also via Godaddy? Sometimes google domains have a connection to godaddy. (I find it so convoluted!!)

She has 2 domains, the first one was via Go daddy and switched over, the second one (the subject now) was bought directly at Google.

Not coming up with anything via Google, do I have to switch to another company?
