How do you add Google Analytics? Optin monster/in function.php, or another way? What’s the reccomended way (in terms of website speed and other factors?)

I just copy paste the code from GA into the Integration field in Divi. If using another theme Im sure there is a spot for the code.

I don’t think the plugins are all that useful unless you’re paying for premium.

I also cut and paste the GA code into the header. In Elementor there is also a place where you can place it, otherwise you can go into the files and place there.

I use a code snippet. Same idea. I would only use Monster Analytics if a client said they never want to login to GA and they want it all on their dashboard. That part is nice.
